Wise decision. As for antifreeze concentration, follow what Zerex recommends for your climate. I'd think with higher antifreeze percentage, the better the corrosion protection, not the other way...

I'd recommend bypassing the heater core before the citric acid flush. Surely you have read of new leaks that were not there before the flush? R&R heater core is probably a 40 hour job for first...
