talked my buddy not to do this conversion for somebody, he could run into lots of un-needed aggravations.
basically an uncharted sea to sail.

to fabricate the mount can be very painful.
7-8 yrs...

some people I knew has a seized w124 300d engine, they're looking for an orig dsl engine , but kind as rare as hens' teeth, so i suggest maybe take the w123 turbo dsl eng & tranny together and drop...
