2 rear originally, practically unusable. I would get 3 rear and 1 front and shave the front. I just cant figure out how.

3 nubs and you have 2.5'? That might not be to bad. I have the same setup and inner tire wear isnt great but hardly severe. What are you running in the front for shims? Tires? I had 2 nubs originally...
