There are some 3d printed clips on EBay, too. The problem is that they dont have the molded-in electrical connection for the vanity mirrors.

Impossible to fix, I went through the whole list of glues, epoxys and adhesives with no joy. The Chinese copies on E-Bay are actually fine. For $15 a pair on E-Bay, I replaced mine and they've held...
