Thanks Doc, Right you are. I got a used shifter and have 50 miles on it w/no new P0705 and the tranny is working nicely. It should with a new conductor plate and fresh ATF.

I took it all apart, New ones are pretty well protected and covered. Seemed in great condition. Aligned the switch and assembly. the code is 2067 ME error, stored in egs control unit...

My 02 c320 is throwing p0705. I thought it was the conductor plate because of the symptoms seemed the same. Changed it and still have the p0705. I can erase it and it will show again just by going...
