It looks like the trim on the doors might be attached the same way. Maybe you could find them on a sedan?

Take a cordless drill to a junkyard and drill out the rivets to get a few clips. Some of my clips were in pretty bad shape. I soaked them in metal prep and painted them before riveting them back in...
