Soothappens, I loved the creative way you did the alt adjstmnt. I did mine at the begining of the summer and luckily the adjuster parts were there it was just bent so I put a pair of vise grips on it...

Check for the correct belt. Use the engine number...
Check for the correct belt. Use the engine number on the block in case it has been swapped out. Avoid any place that sells you a belt listed "fit's all"
