No, that means the air injection pump chutch is drawing too much current.

Leaving the relay out depends on how GREEN you are.

Fuse #5 also supplies power to the air-injection...

Fuse #5 also supplies power to the air-injection clutch on cold/cool mornings.

Try removing the RELAY at position "E" in the fuse box & see if the fuse quits blowing.
