I just unbolted all 3, pulled it apart, dumped...

I just unbolted all 3, pulled it apart, dumped about 1/2 gal of coolant out, put in new t-stat, screwed 3 bolts in, sheared off a bolt, removed, re-screwed with only 2/3 bolts, refilled with coolant.
