The dirt which causes bending rods is coming from...

The dirt which causes bending rods is coming from the EGR valve. Some people have the EGR valve deactivated to avoid the dirt deposit in the intake.

Where is the Dodge TDR site? What did he say about the car? The only major problems I am aware of are the weak head, bent rods, and oil pump failure. The Trap problem has been taken care of by MB...
