Check butterfly valves, two, one in cross over, second in manifold itself.

Could be they are stuck closed.

I have a S124 and W210 both fitted with OM606,...

I have a S124 and W210 both fitted with OM606, the first being non turbo.

Both have the same injectors and nozzles which are full interchangeable, even the pop pressure is the same at 115 bar...
