I would like to have the rear windshield washer...

I would like to have the rear windshield washer working if possible, do they have a plug for the two lines that are not connected up front anymore?

Thankfully when the bottle is full they do work;...

Thankfully when the bottle is full they do work; I replaced the front headlights without the wipers and because I did not properly seal off the lines the rear window washer does not work.
