I suppose that works, I would typically recommend the opposite course of action (carefully adjust first, then take it off) just because it is easier and keeps it stock

Just wondering...did you try to adjust your ALDA at all before taking it off? All you need to do is tighten or loosen the screw on top of the unit to increase or decrease the fuel flow and it makes...
