thanks, I ordered the regulator repair kit. Perhaps those rubber pieces were used to deaden noise. I have never seen a window design where the front window slides and is sandwitched next to the rear...

My 1970 250C has a functional power window, however it does not come up evenly-(drivers side). The regulator has plastic guides that are wore out allowing the window to sag a bit in the rear. I...
