Look up used prices on that type of RV and get back to me. Sold examples can be seen for 10k less with half the mileage, and this from RV dealers with a bigger markup. Yes, almost anyone else...

Trailer is easy to maintain, can sit basically forever and be ready to use with some basic bearing/tire maintenance and getting the plumbing going. Will cost you way...
