Well, I turned mine anti-clockwise and the shifts...

Well, I turned mine anti-clockwise and the shifts did become much better.

However, the range of movement is less than a full circle, so I don't know if you can take it off to adjust it further or...

Can someone please tell me?
The only thing that I found which may have been the modulator was a metal cap, about 3.5" in diameter with a ridge in the center.

I was under the car the other day, and could not find this transmission vacuum modulator.
I read that it has a green cap on it, but I found nothing like that on it.

I have a 722.4 transmission
