There is light "nailing" at idle to about 950 rpm. The car runs excellent in my opinion, but I've never driven another E300 turbo. With 200k I imagine that a rebuild would only be beneficial.

My '98 E300 Turbo Diesel is going to be rolling 200k soon (hit 193k today). To the best of my knowledge the fuel injectors have never been touched. Could I get away with replacing the nozzles only,...
