stupid me did not fill the filters prior to...

stupid me did not fill the filters prior to installation...now i wsa told that I have air in the lines and i have to bleed out the lines until the air is all out..where is the bleeder valve on these...

changed fuel filters today, after changing, turned key on, let fuel run, then started car, ran for 3 seconds then gagged and died...there is no fuel in the clear filter...where is the fuse for the...
