"tedius" would be another word for "hard" too people like myself that have to fight against a natural tendency to lose small parts and forget how things go back together.:D:D

Maybe its just a consequence of the 616 F/W being seven pounds lighter than the 617 flywheel, least thats the number that I remember from somewhere.

I'm sure you have this covered but, the tranny...

I'm sure you have this covered but, the tranny mount is not centered on the cross member (Left to Right) and could be turned around. The "big" holes face aft/the tranny sits more to the passenger...

I believe they did came on Euro, manual, 300Ds. A friend had one one which was discarded when he went to a 5 spd box. I have never seen one on a 240D, Euro.
