I just helping my friend daniel to make a project here about his sleeper car that we started yestarday and going to tune this weekend

Mercedes benz 300CE 12v
Turbokit (Turbobandit stage 1) 400-600hp
(turocharger starts spinning at 1800rpm and full boost at 3000rpm)
Twinentry black steel manifold
Turbocharger T60 60mm inducer (600hp)
60mm Wastegate
2 pcs 32mm BOV
300x480x76 intercooler
2,5" aluminum intake pipes
3" stainless exhaust

EMS:
Megasquirt v3,0 EXTRA
Wasted spark
680cc injectors
Custom fuelrail
AN6 turbobandit Fuel regulator
AN6 fuel hose
36-1 triggerwheel

Heheheh... just kidding. It looks gorgeous. That is one honking big snail! I wonder how the tranny/powertrain is going to hold up?

Thanks! Yes it gonna be pretty fast but not so fast as my blue car

This car is everday driving sleeper so its gonna be only about 500Hp.

Yes I hope that automatic tranny will work nice otherwise we will put tranny from SL500 m119.

Thanks man! Yes it is not only mercedes we are working with but mercedes is a most fun.
We tryid many different engines and we found out that M103-12v and supra MK4 is a strongest stock internals

The thing is why we choose so big turbocharger as a kit stage 1 is that we tryed smaller turbocharger and we got bad and smaller curv and more ketchup effect.

T60 turbocharger at the stage 1 starts spinning at around 1800rpm and getting very soft more like centrifugal supercharger and getting about 20 psi around 3000rpm but with twin entry extraktor manifold of caurse.

So even if you only want 300hp and load about 6 psi you stil keep the same early curve.
So thats why stage 1 is up to 600hp.
But if you load more then 20 psi with a T60 then it starts loosing power at 6000rpm.

Stage 2 is T70 turbocharger 500-750hp
Starts spinning around 2000-2200rpm and full boost at 3200-3400rpm

Stage 3 is GT45 turbocharger 600-1000hp
Starts spinning at 3000rpm and full boost around 4000-4500rpm

Stage 4 is GT47 for 1000-1300hp
Starts spinning at 3800rpm and full boost at 5000rpm

Awesome work as usual Roman. Can I ask you what the difference in feel is between the stock rubber suspension bushings and your Delrin replacements. Have you tried other materials like Vespel.

Oh man the Delrin makes very big differens on the road. Much stiffer!

Delrin is very popular in europe becaurse its very strong and sesloiled and works much better the polyurethane. You dont need to change all the bushes but only the most wearing. But up to 400Hp the stock rubber is pretty ok

Today we was driving a little and its amazing how easy the engine spooling thisturbocharger. Its starts allready about 1800rpm
