Is this the Idle Control Valve? - Photo

I decided to clean the ICV on my 1991 1.8 190e. (euro)
Took the air cleaner off and it wasnt what I was expecting!
I think the system might be different to the US cars.
If anyone can see the ICV on the pics that would be great. I have arrowed a unit that I think might be it.
If a better pic is required that can be arranged.
