Idler arm repair kit

I need to put a repair kit on my idler arm of my 1984 190d. but i am not sure what needs to be done. i have the kit, which is just a couple of bolts and a rubber bussing. is there a blowout someplace that shows how to replace this stuff? I am not sure if i am looking at the right parts under the car? can anyone tell me what i need to do?
