OM606.962 o-ring size

Changed out my shutoff valve and all fuel line o-rings with viton today.

The o-rings on the end of the fuel lines which seal to the fuel filter housing (x4) are a different size than the typical fuel line o-ring.

Does anyone know what size those 4 are?

Additionally, has anyone measured the pre-filter o-ring or delivery valve o-rings?

For reference the OM606.962 uses:
shutoff valve 2.5mm x 12mm ID
typical fuel line 2.5mm x 8mm ID

Revising the above data for future reference:

1 shutoff valve 2.5mm x 12mm ID
9 fuel line 2.5mm x 8mm ID (1 located at fuel filter housing)
3 fuel filter housing 2.5mm x 10mm ID
1 pre-filter 3mm x 18mm ID

The above applies to the OM606.962. The OM606.912 should have a very similar count.

Would like size of Delivery Valve o-rings (6) if anyone knows.

Correct.

Can't say how long they will last but is hopefully longer than buna.

My last set of OEM 's only lasted 2.5 years.

I don't know about the lift pump or if there is even an o-ring there or not; suspect it may be a gasket as have not seen it discussed on the forum as a source of leaks often.

***edit***

The lift (fuel) pump appears to rely on a gasket for its seal to the side of the IP although there are two o-rings that show up on the EPC inside the pump.

If there is a minimum number you need to buy and it's more than you would like to stock, let me know and I'll take some off your hands.

I stock and sell what I know about on my website, http://www.fryerpower.com/store/page11.html.

If you will give me a list of what is needed for each job I will buy them in bulk, make up the kits and sell them on my site. Please make sure you let me know which engines the kits will fit so that I can post that info also.

Are the Delivery Valve o-rings the same on 606 the same as the 603/617?

I don't have the crush washers, but if you can point me to them for a bulk buy I can stock and sell them also. I'm sure everyone would rather have one stop shopping.

I believe all the OM60x IPs use the same parts.

I've got the part numbers at home. Will try to PM them to you this evening.

I'm going to need hoses, o-rings, and crush washers soon. My OM603 has been on B99 for almost 2 years. I will be checking your site often. Thanks for figuring out all the sizes.

Another one for the list, the O-ring around the in-tank fuel screen/filter thingie measures 3 mm Width, 35 mm ID, 41 mm OD.

Just replaced mine with viton from McMaster. Unfortunately they only sell this in packs of 10, so I've got nine spares now.

delivery valve o ring size

Does anyone know the delivery valve o-ring size?

I would buy the fryerpower kit, but since I'm in the UK, it makes more sense to buy locally...

I'm guessing it's around 2.5mm x 18mm since the OD of the splines they sit under is around 19mm?

Also, I remember reading somewhere that there were o rings in the lift pump which could allow fuel into the engine oil if they leaked. Is this right?
