I sent a parts information request in about 7 days ago and have not received a reply. Could it have gotten lost or maybe not received at all? Should I send a new request?

Sorry for the delay.
I believe you requested an engine wiring harness. Part# 202 440 18 05 List is $695.00 Unfortunately, we do not stock it. Why, if I may ask, can't you get the dealer to replace it under warranty?
