Subjects in wrong forum

I long on at least twice a day to provide answers or learn something. Every day I have to advance past people posting pictures of their cars, discussions about fuel prices, where to find a good mechanic etc! in the repair sections. I think we need a better monitoring of these posts and either remove them or move them to the proper forum heading. I dont mind reading these but posters need to be made aware that the repair sections are NOT chat rooms!

The Moderators and I are constantly moving threads around to try and keep subjects in the proper place. Often new members join and post a new thread without taking the time to understand the "lay of the land". Sometimes it's like herding cats when trying to get people to do things properly!

Thanks for the response. Maybe an explanation at the beginning of each section once a poster longs onto that section. Not just under the various headings.

LOL ! Mind if I borrow that expression?

Reminds me of trying to teach people in Florida what the left lane, and turnsignals are for.

Mistress is an experienced Catherder. She also works with an office full of women that are worse that a bag-O-cats. Maybe she can help. Then, there's always that whip . . . .
