I am not sure if I am the only non-US resident here but I think your web site is just great. I live in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and own a '93 190E and a '91 500 SEL. They run real well and just love the temperatures this time of the year up to 48 celcius. My problem is I dont have any repair manuals or books at all for the 500 SEL and as I do most of my repair work myself, I really need some manuals. Anyone any idea on how I can get some hard copies ? I fix planes for a living, Boeing and Airbuses and the Mercs are a real pleasure to work on, easy to see why they have the reputation they do. Thanks

Many thanks for that, I think this is the way to go. I have tried all my usual outlets locally and thru friends in England but they have all drawn a blank on repair manuals. I will use the shop facility I think, and again, great site ! . . Andy

Try Ebay, it is a on line auction here in the united states, i have found alot of the factory service books that people are selling!!!
