Brakes 91 300SL

It's time to replace the brakes on my baby and I still haven't found a book or CD on these cars. Does anyone know of a link or have the information needed to remove the brake pads AND the discs for front and rear and the proper proceedure for repacking the front wheel bearings on a 1991 300SL.
Thanks

In the DIY section on this forum is the procedure for the E class. I have a 1991 300SL and I found that information was close enough for me to do the job myself. I went with some dust-free pads and got all the other necessary parts from Phil at Fast Lane. I was a fairly easy job.
