Oil leak from top of windshield

My 129 is slowly dripping oil from the hole where the sun visor arm bolts to the windshield frame. I thought that the clamps in there to hold the top down were electrical. Any ideas on how to fix this?

The hydraulic cyclinders are leaking. You need to replace the seals. There is a fellow on this forum that rebuilds them very reasonably $. There are videos on you-tube which show how to access. remove and replace the cyclinders. Do a search in this for lots of information. edit Or just look here. http://www.tophydraulicsinc.com/en/
