'89 107 motor mount question
I'm looking at the two motor mounts for my 560 and am unsure if there is a particular way to install them. I have determined which goes on the right & keft sides but the right side mount has a definite front to back offset. So my question is does the short side face the front or back of the car?
The old mounts were in too bad a shape to determine this but I am pretty sure the cast-in ID plaque on the old mounts faced the front and am guessing the same would be true for the new mounts which would have the short offset facing front. Am I right?

yes, and , make sure they are OEM and not knock offs. I learned the hard way..
