URGENT: E420 warranty issues at 80,000 miles

When I bought my E420, it also came with an after-market warranty (that runs out in about 75 miles). So I have it in to my mechanic for one last check. Anything I should be particularly concerned about looking at at 80,000 miles? Thanks. --Mitch
