On my 124 (300e) the low washer fluid level light is on even though the tank is full. I jumpered the 2 openings where the car's wiring plugs into the sensor on top of the washer fluid tank and the light is still on. Can someone confirm whether the light should go off if you jump the connections like I did? I assume the light should come on if you unplug the sensor, and that it should go out if you jump the connections. maybe I'm wrong though? thanks
