I expect that Aaron uses the Mobil One because of the danger of coking in a turbocharged engine. In a turbocharged engine, your choice is use synthetic, or allow the engine to idle a few minutes before shutdown after a hard run. Of course, using Mobil One AND idling a few minutes after a hard run doesn't hurt either.
