Popular Mechanics does sell one, though it is pretty poor quality. It is still a lot better than nothing.

I bought the Popular Mechanics CD and was very disappointed. It didn't have any of the information I needed to do my projects. However, someone turned me onto THIS site (http://www.alldatadiy.com) and it's pretty good. There is no CD, it's online and updated regularly. You subscribe annually for around $19.00. Found all the information to do my projects. Turns out they are both owned by AllData. I even got my Popular Mechanics CD purchase price refunded towards the purchase of the new product.
