93 300e 2.8 Starter Ignition
My ac blower motor had to be replaced. The old motor was removed and I started my car to move it into my garage without the new blower motor installed (therefore the 2 connect leads were not connected, they are insulated an could not be grounded to anything) . Now the starter will not enage to start the car. All fuses are OK and I even replaced the OVP to no avail. This is crazy, all electrical works fine. Any Ideas. Thanks

Don't know how the blower got involved but it seems that 93 is about when the alarm system started turning a relay off that deactivates the starter (K48 if I recall). You might verify the alarm is arming and disarming.

Neutral Safety Switch? I know it's coincidental but if it's not working properly the starter will not engage. I know...it's happened to me!

Thanks for suggestions
Additional symptoms I failed to mention. Upon starting the car to simply move about 20', all gauges were flat(not operating) and the emergency flasher relay, located in outside fuse box was beeping loudly and only get quiet when I turn on flasher inside the car. The alarm system seems to work properly and fuse 4,5 are ok. Haven't got to the neutral safety switch yet. Thanks so much for your responses. Bye for now.
