Have a 92 400E with a pair of 500E (US plastic type) headlights. trying to hook up a pair of foglights .

Anyone happen to have the correct part numbe for a 1992 500E foglight cable harness? The dealer sold me the following part (view attached pic). Can't figure out how to hook this up to the main headlights? Maybe its the wronge part? I''m looking for the cable that goes from the headlights to extra foglights in the bumper assembly.
