Instrument Panel Light is out

I have a 1985 280 SE and my instrument panel light is out. How in the world do you replace it. Thanks for the help.

Instrument cluster pulls out with the special pulling hooks you can get from a dealer or with a home fabricated hook out of a metal coat hanger. Pull the cluster then replace the bulb from the rear of the cluster. Do a search if you want more details.
