What's the proper lube for the W124 roller-blind / sun-shade ?

Unfortunately, mine is binding/sticking, so I need to clean and possibly lube it.

Any recommendations ?

Where is it sticking? Is it possible the end caps have wiggled out a bit and is catching the edges where it sits?
