I am not familiar with 202's but my guess would be that it is, as mctwin2kman said, either inside or on the other side of the throttle body. (Behind the items in your picture from that post, and under the air cleaner.)

If this is so, when you remover the air cleaner, the switch should be somewhere below the air flow sensor plate at the bottom of the air cleaner, either outside or inside the throttle body.

I sounds like the WOT is one of those "other things" that sends a signal to the control module to either supply max fuel through the EHA on the fuel distributor or perhaps it acts through the cold start valve bypassing the control mudule?
I would think the kickdown switch would prompt a transmission downshift to maximize the effect of all that extra fuel.
