1990-300E Dash Removal-Stripping Car

The car has had the back half of the car removed. I am trying to remove the dash from a 1990-300E-124 model. Any suggestions. I have started removing any fasteners that I can see...thank you Jim

I believe you can remove the cluster, and the entire dash after that, without having to move or remove the steering wheel. After undoing the speedo cable, push/pull the cluster from behind and as the unit is being withdrawn, rotate it upwards to clear the steering wheel.

Can't help with the whole dash, but...

I can help with the instrument cluster. No need to worry about the wheel.

Lets' Pull the Instrument Cluster!

Instrument cluster is easy. The entire dash is a PITA.

Why do you need to remove the dash? There may be a shortcut.
