Help with Blown Fuses

New to posting, long time lurker here. I bought a 1997 SL500 last year. It had 69k miles on it when purchased, and always serviced by Knauz in Chicago.

Since July, the #10 fuse has blown three times with no readily apparent reason. That fuse is a 15 amp fuse that controls the instrumentation (fuel indicator, Tach, Speedo etc).

Does anyone know if this is one of those known quirks to the marque? Or have any idea where I should start looking? Or should I give up and have the dealer stick the diagnostic computer on it?

Thanks
