Hey Dino,
I believe your car has a metal strip fuse for the blower motor. If it does, it should be located on or near the left inner fender, under the hood. Somewhere near the main fuse box & brake reservoir, in a small rectangular black plastic housing...if you don't see it without too much searching, disregard- I may be going looney and be thinking of a different car.
If it does have the strip fuse & it is good, try supplying power to the blower motor directly. To do this, locate the main wire harness going to your blower motor. This should be located near the firewall, I think on the driver's side near the brake booster. It will have only 2 wires, I believe, and have a connector where you can disconnect it & hook up 12volt power to the red wire, & ground the brown wire...if you do this (and do indeed have the correct wires for the blower motor) and nothing happens, you've either got a bad blower motor, or faulty voltage regulator for the blower motor. If the blower motor runs at high speed, you have a problem with the climate control panel, or wiring.
Hope this helps you, may God bless your repair endeavors!
