Angry '95 E320 sedan idle problem

Please help, idle rough when shifter is in D or R position. It running smooth and didn't shut down if putting in P position. I had the dealer changed the engine harness more than a year ago. May be throttle actuator bad?

When you say "idle rough", does it feel like it has a definite miss or does it just feel harsh. If it just feels harsh you may need new engine/trans mounts??
