Injector pump timing on 91 350SD??

Hello,
I'm new to this forum and used the search function but didn't find any injector pump timing "how to" type information specifically for a 91 350SD.
Can anyone describe how to do this or provide a link to some other site?

Exact injection pump timing on newer MB diesels (1984 & later) require the use of a special tool (A-B light). MB part number 617-589-08-21-00
