I'm replacing the power seat control (driver's side) on my SL. This can be done without removing the entire door panel. The instructions for this procedure appear rather simple. First the interior knob for locking the doors is removed. Instructions state 'press off and pull out'. Well, I can't get past this step. I've applied (some) force, pressing down on it and it won't snap off. Has anyone done this before? If you have, please share your insight. (I should probably press harder, but I'm afraid I might break something). Thanks.
