W210 condenser fan belt

W210 condenser fan belt

I was just wondering if anyone has had the small condenser fan drive belt come off and if there is a fix as i have had 3 belts and they spit off after about 6 months the alignment seems ok and the fan bearings are ok obviously the one drive fan is working but i would like both to run (it has the M104 engine).
