does anyone have an answer to how to access the uppermost bolt that bolts the transmission to the engine block on the passenger side. I am considering dropping the tranny to replace the rear main seal and this one looks like the toughest one to access. Looks like there is a thin gauge heat shild on this side that if I remove I may pick up a little more clearance.
If anybody has an easy way I would like to hear about it. thanks and Merry Christmas everyone Jim '95 E320 '97 Honda CRV |

When the tranny mount is dropped, the tranny will sag and cause the engine to drop in the rear. We use a special long extension and a wobble 17mm socket.
