Help start my 1983 380sel

It would be greatly appreciated if someone could please help me get this beauty started.
Needs tumblerw\ key.... I have that but how in the hell do i get the dash off.????


and is the steering lock??? the thingee sticking out of the neck of the steering column (shaped like a T) may need a new one of those...ANYONE IN WISCONSIN AREA WHO WANTS TO HELP ME....THANKS mother nature AKA FIRSTBENZO

Is the ignition switch stuck? Is that the reason it won't start? Not a lot of info. given, but I'll assume (always a mistake) that you've got a non-turning ign. switch?

May be some info. here:126 frozen steering lock/tumbler removal (fairly easy, but long)
