Thanks for your help!

I would like to thank the people that respond to situations that we encounter with our cars. I was a Volvo person for a long time until my recent change to Mercedes. I had no idea that there were a group of helpful Mercedes experts that would actually take the time to help me. It makes me feel a lot more comfortable owning and working my own car.
