1997 E-420 Programming Master Key

Is any one know how to program 1997 E-420 master key? What I am looking for all the function programming, for example like if I hold the closed button on key remote for 3 second then all the windows gets closed from outside. Same way can I program key to open all the windows when I open the car.

Also is it possible to program and activate the main Xenon head lights to remain on during the day. Can I program headlight as day time running ligts.
