OVP relay HamburgTech/Stribel differences?

Does anyone know of a difference in quality between the Stribel and HamburgTech OVP relays?

It apears that all the parts outlets are sold out of the Hamburg Tech relays as opposed to the Stribel ones.

Could this be a differenec in quality?
